Today in numeracy I finished my area and perimeter sheet. I learnt how to figure out the area and the perimeter of a shape.I worked out the perimeter of the shape by adding the width the length and the width and length together.I found out the area by adding the width and the length together.I learnt that the area of a shape is the space and the perimeter is the outline.At first I found it challenging because I didn't under stand it. Wen i found out how to work it out it was easy.
